1. What garanty are my product covered by?

There are always 2 years garanty on all our products. Please contact our sales or administration office for further details.

2. Am i allowed to repair my product myself?

By default are you allowed to repair our products because none of those contains high-voltage parts. Please consider that our stated garanty does not cover products repaired by other than our technical department unless a specific appointment has been made.

3. Why does my new navigator interface not work?

INT112 cannot be used in combination with AP110 ver. 1 (no. 1 - 113). AP110 will constantly give alarm in NAVI TRIM. You can se what number your AP110 has by looking on the label in the lower middle of the back side.

A correct version of the mounting box MB110 is also required.
If the version number of MB110 is 01093, then it is outdated and will only function with the navigator interface if updated.

The update can be recognized by a little white label with the number 0693 or 0894 to the left of the label MP1 on the MB110.

If the MB110 has a higher version number than 01093, then it is compatible with the navigator interface and need not to be updated.
